I have had to take a break from the development of this product over the last few months. Hopefully I will return and have some further updates in a month or so.
While it may not be too original or abstract, it tells the story. The name chosen is: Marinautics Designer This will be shipped as CORE, followed by extensions to add additional features.
Now the real work begins. With Windows 10 installed I now am upgrading Visual Studio and working on getting the applications refactored to the latest versions of .NET. This is going to have to be the last upgrade if I want to get the code out the door.
I am now downloading the latest and greatest version of Visual Studio. As I want to support the new Windows 10 features I will now have to wait for Windows 10 to get the SDK and develop an optimal native application. Hopefully the port across will not be painful!
